Hello Posse! Hope everyone is having a great week so far and you're all settling in to the new season (school or just autumn) and adjusting to any new schedules well. I know last week with back to school and back to normal work routine was quite tiring for us but things went rather smoothly, aside from a few hiccups during the first two mornings of back to school.
Firstly, I want to thank everyone for the positive response and interest to my brand new blog and website! I'm so excited to share this with all of you and watch it and my audience grow and evolve!!!
I've got a brand new video up on my youtube channel!
I for one have been SO curious about all these magnetic lashes out there, if they actually work, and what kind of quality they are. I actually have been blessed with quite lovely natural eyelashes and I typically never wear falsies, other than for my wedding day and a couple of halloweens. My natural eyelashes are very long although very fair and quite fine so without mascara you don't even know they are there. But once I put mascara on, especially a really great one, BAM!!! I will admit though that sometimes I wish I had fuller or darker lashes which is where falsies would come in handy. But I just can't be bothered with the glue and trimming (as almost all pairs I've tried have been too long for me). Not to mention, with too much lash and glue use I'm afraid I'll pull out or ruin my natural eyelashes that I do have and I most certainly DO NOT want to risk that!
So I picked up my first set of magnetic lashes recently and I tried them on for the first time on camera so you could see just how they worked and if they worked. The lashes I chose were from KISS and they were the more natural looking out of the two styles offered at London Drugs where I purchased these from. They cost me $20 CAD.
I hope you'll check out the video to see my thoughts and the results. Don't forget to like, comment & subscribe. I would really appreciate it as it would go a long way to helping my social media channels grow and gain traction :)
